Primary Care Services
We provide full-scope primary care for adults, caring for both everyday concerns and ongoing medical needs. Whether you’re coming in for a routine visit, a new symptom, or long-term condition management, or preventative care, we focus on careful listening, thorough evaluation, and personalized care.
Sports Medicine
We care for a wide range of musculoskeletal and sports-related concerns—from everyday aches and injuries to activity-related and overuse conditions. Whether you’re dealing with joint pain, back or neck issues, or a new injury, we focus on understanding the root cause of your symptoms and creating a thoughtful, personalized treatment plan.
Immigration examinations
Immigration medical exams can feel stressful and overwhelming. Dr. Sapna Rajput is a USCIS-designated Civil Surgeon who provides I-693 immigration medical examinations in a supportive and organized setting. She guides patients through each step of the process, including required exams, vaccinations, laboratory testing, and documentation, with a focus on accuracy, clarity, and thoroughness.

If you don’t see your plan listed, contact us, we’re happy to check for you.
We gladly see patients with out-of-network insurance. You can use your out of network benefits and we will provide a detailed receipt and superbill to help you file a claim. We also accept cash payments and FSA cards.
