What vaccines are required for the immigration medical exam?

Common required vaccines may include MMR (measles, mumps, rubella), Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis), IPV (polio), Varicella (chickenpox), Influenza (during flu season).
During the appointment, Dr. Sapna Rajput reviews your vaccination records and determines which vaccines are required for your Form I-693. If any vaccines are missing, patients will be advised on which vaccinations are needed to meet USCIS requirements.
For some vaccines, blood tests (titers) can be used to check immunity instead of repeating the vaccine. These vaccines are available at our office and can be administered on the day of your examination if needed.

Yes. You can still complete the immigration medical exam even if you do not have your vaccination records. Vaccines that cannot be confirmed with blood tests, such as Tdap, polio (IPV), and influenza, are available at our office and can be administered on the day of your examination if required.
Do I need to fast before blood tests for the immigration medical exam?
